Lapping Fluid for Diamond Abrasives

Woodsmith is proud to partner with Titman Edge to bring the original James Barry sharpening stones to the US market. This petroleum-based sharpening fluid is for use with the Titman Edge diamond stones, credit card stones, and tapered files. Using the fluid, not water, prevents your stones from rusting, and carries away the swarth, or metal residue, produced when sharpening.

The Titman Edge stones are backed by a 5-year warranty when used with the Titman Edge Lapping fluid and by following the simple break-in procedure. After they're broken in, it's a simple matter of letting the stone do the work. The lapping fluid is available in 250ml or 500ml sizes. A little goes a long way, but I always make sure to have the 500ml size on hand so I don't run out.
